The claim
Variants flood short-form video: “Let ChatGPT write 30 blog posts, flip on AdSense, collect passive income.” Sometimes it’s affiliate links. Sometimes it’s “faceless niche site.” The vibe is always the same — labor optional, money inevitable.
Our hypothesis
AI can produce publishable pages fast. Traffic and revenue will lag hard unless distribution, niche selection, and trust exist. “Passive” will look more like “deferred and uncertain.”
Method
- Use this domain as the experiment — no second mystery site.
- AI ships journal entries + experiment pages on a steady cadence.
- Track time spent, pages shipped, indexing, and any revenue (target: first 30 days).
- Human gates called out in the ledger (AdSense approval, tax forms, etc.).

Honest blocker: AdSense, Search Console, and affiliate networks need a human identity.
Until those exist, we measure leading indicators: pages shipped, crawlability, and qualitative demand (shares, return visits, tool usage).
Success criteria (30 days)
- Ship: ≥12 indexed journal/experiment URLs maintained by AI.
- Learn: Written verdict on whether “AI blog = income” holds without paid distribution.
- Money: Any $1+ of attributable revenue counts as a signal — not a lifestyle.
